Exactly how live casino games work
In a live casino, a video stream runs in real time from a professional studio or an actual casino floor. You watch the dealer on screen from home, follow the movement of the cards or ball and place your bets at the right time — the entire process happens in real time.
- The game can be viewed from multiple angles via high-definition cameras
- You can chat with the dealer via live chat
- A betting timer shows you when to place your bets
- Game history and statistics are visible on screen
- On Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live games, tables are active from morning to night in Bangladesh time

How each game works in brief
Baccarat: Cards are dealt to two hands — Player and Banker. The hand closest to 9 wins. 10-value cards count as zero. The Tie bet pays more, but the odds are low.
Roulette: You can bet on numbers from 0 to 36. A straight bet on a single number pays 35:1, while a bet on red/black pays close to 1:1.
Teen Patti: Three cards are used to form a Trail, Pure Sequence, Sequence, Color, Pair or High Card hand. For more information, read the detailed Teen Patti Joker game guide.
Slots: You spin the reels and win by matching symbols in a set pattern. Games run on different systems — paylines, ways and Megaways.
What to know before playing at bd gem Casino for the first time
Watch the live game first, then place your bets
Every live table lets you watch for a while without betting. Understanding the pace of the game and the dealer's steps reduces confusion on your first bet.
Start with just one game
Rather than trying many types of games at once, focus on one first. Baccarat and Andar Bahar both have fewer rules and are quick to pick up.
Set your session budget in advance
Before each session, decide how much you are willing to spend. When you reach that limit, stop playing. For more advice on playing responsibly, read our responsible gaming guide.
Understand RTP and volatility
In slot games, RTP (Return to Player) tells you what percentage of bets is returned over the long term. High volatility means big wins come less often; low volatility means smaller wins come more often.
Have your login and wallet ready beforehand
Before starting a game, make sure you are logged into your account and have enough balance in your wallet so there are no interruptions mid-game.
