This page sets out all the rules, conditions and policies for using the bd gem platform in detail. Please read the entire document carefully before using the service.

General Terms
By accessing the bd gem platform or beginning to use any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and the bd gem service provider.
These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any inconsistency arises between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
bd gem reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. However, a notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.
Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on bd gem, the applicant must be at least 21 years old. If information provided at the time of registration is found to be false or misleading, bd gem reserves the right to close the account at any stage.
Only one account may be opened per person. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts and their balances being forfeited.
2.2 Verification of Registration Details
bd gem may request your national identity card, mobile number or other identity-related documents to verify your account. The withdrawal process may be suspended until verification is complete.
- You must provide your correct name, date of birth and contact details.
- The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
- If documents requested for verification are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Account Management
3.1 Login and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not grant anyone else access to your account. Any unauthorised activity on your account must be reported to the bd gem support team immediately.
3.2 Account Transfer
A bd gem account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring or leasing your account, its balance or any bonus to another person is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Account Inactivity
If no transactions are made for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact the support team to reactivate an inactive account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used to make deposits on bd gem. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
- Please provide accurate details when making a deposit.
- Deposits made through third-party payment methods or another person's bank account are not accepted.
- Any unusual transactions may be held for review.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bd gem generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks) can be used for withdrawals.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be suspended.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bd gem offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Other Promotions
bd gem runs various promotional offers from time to time, such as weekend rewards, daily reload offers and special cricket bonuses. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
- Once an offer has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, bd gem reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The bd gem VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week.
Separate terms and conditions apply to the VIP programme, and bd gem reserves the right to change or discontinue VIP benefits at any time.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Valid Bets and Games
All games and betting markets available on bd gem are governed by specific rules. The individual rules of each game or market apply independently and are effective alongside the general terms and conditions.
6.2 Void and Invalid Bets
If a bet is deemed invalid due to a technical error, unclear data or any other reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded. bd gem is the final authority in making this determination.
6.3 Unfair Advantage and Manipulation
The use of any software exploit, bot, automation tool or coordinated betting strategy is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Placing bets using match-fixing or advance knowledge of results is a serious offence.
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds through an account is strictly prohibited.
6.4 Determination of Results
The results of games or bets announced by bd gem are final. bd gem reserves the right to correct any results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
Responsible Conduct
bd gem believes that ensuring a safe and healthy gaming experience is an integral part of our service. In accordance with our responsible gaming policy, users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits and, if needed, activate Self-exclusion on their account.
- You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
- Contact the support team to temporarily suspend your account for a gaming break.
- If signs of problematic gaming behaviour are observed, our support team can direct you towards professional help.
bd gem never assists minors in opening accounts or participating in gaming activities.

Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure by User
You may close your bd gem account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Contact the support team directly to close your account.
9.2 Closure or Suspension by bd gem
bd gem may permanently close or temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:
- Serious breach of the terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or manipulation.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false identity or documents.
- Suspected to be a minor.
If an account is closed without a breach of applicable rules, any remaining balance will be returned.
Limitation of Liability
bd gem strives to operate its service to the highest standard, however bd gem is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by the user's own internet connection or device issues.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
- Service disruptions caused by unavoidable natural disasters or government restrictions.
- Losses resulting from the user disclosing their own password or login details to others.
In any circumstance, bd gem's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited in that transaction.
Changes to Terms
bd gem reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the platform and may also be communicated via registered email or SMS.
Continuing to use the platform after amended terms have been published will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service and contact the support team to close your account.
Dispute Resolution
12.1 Complaints Process
If you have a complaint about any matter, contact the bd gem support team first. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, via live chat and email.
12.2 Complaints Review
If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, a formal complaint may be submitted. Each complaint will be recorded with a unique reference number and forwarded to the relevant team.
12.3 Final Decision
For matters where bd gem's decision has been stated as final, a review may be requested, but there is no guarantee that the decision will be changed. For matters relating to game outcomes and the validity of bets, bd gem's technical logs will be considered as conclusive evidence.
